The Home Builders Insurance Program
A program built specifically for new residential construction in the Chicagoland region. For more than 12 consecutive years, our policyholders insured more new homes built than any other agency or broker in the market.

Workers' Compensation
Risk Management Association of RCEC (RMA)
A self-funded workers' compensation pool for residential and commercial trade and general contractors. Members pool risk to access industry-specific loss control, claims management, and underwriting expertise that no individual contractor could secure alone.

Comp Secure
A national agency-owned rent-a-captive providing workers' compensation for condo associations, HOAs, and light janitorial/maintenance exposures. Cory & Associates served as the MGA — administering, marketing, underwriting, reinsurance, loss control, and claims.

Mortgage Assurance Program (MAP)
A marketing instrument designed for residential homebuilders during periods of job-market uncertainty. MAP provided six months of mortgage payment protection to new homebuyers — turning insurance into a closing tool.

ISACS Schools Program
A regional program developed in collaboration with the Independent School Association of the Central States. Designed specifically for the operating realities of independent K-12 institutions, the program scaled to serve 52 schools across the Midwest.
